When I attempt to begin a blank Project, I am prompted for the name it than prompts me if I want a theme.
After this it generates the project and never prompts me for what Plug-ins I want. It seems to default the Multi-Tenant SaaS on which I do not want. I want to make a single Org app and do not want the tables and structures associated with MT SaaS. Simply removing the plugin lets structure behind. How can I get the default blank project prompting where I can select the plugin’s before it generates the project.
I am also getting Failed Collection Not Found when I attempt to do anything with the default collections it creates and any new collections, I make give the same error when I try to add data. It will let me make new collections but if I try to add fields or data I get the error.

By default, each project is Multi-tenant so in your case, you can create just one Organization. In the tables, etc you can just show all the data/records, instead of showing them Tenant wise.

I am sorry for the delay I was away for a bit.
Here is a snap shot of what it does when I try to add an Organization to the Brand new Project.
In case this is somehow involved. I signed up for the free trial of the Professional I had thought the trial was only a few days, but this Trial Ends counter keeps going up not down, not sure if this is an indication of something wrong with my trial profile?
Have you published the changes to the environment after adding the collection?
I will get this checked. The Free trial is for 1 week only, after that it converts the account to a Free one.
