Error Importing CSV

The feedback I get is that the importation was successful yet there are no visible records in the database. as seen here

but the system says there are 227 records in the collection. What could be the challenge

@WillieMak I can see that the column names of your collection is not the same as column name of your CSV file. That is the reason of the error.

Greetings @vishsahu . I have done as per your advice. i did not change the csv template as downloaded from the builder. I simply pasted the data below the tiles.

Hi @WillieMak - We are looking into the CSV Import issue. Meanwhile, please try using the Import from JSON file using the JSON file template. I’ll inform you as soon as there’s any update.
