Error Saving Data

I am getting an error after trying to save data on this form. Registration Step 1 New
Initially I tried saving collection and reference items and the button was forever busy, couldn’t proceed. i then created a new page, changed the event to the original save data and redirect to login page approach, then started getting the error message…
