Implement 'Push' for Builder Menus

The menus in the builder overlay the canvas, this requires us to be constantly opening/closing the menus while working; it is very distracting.

Can you please enable theses menus to push the canvas, so that it will remain 100% viewable with any of the builder menus open?

Thanks for the suggestion and the example.

We will definitely add it to the roadmap as we have several Builder UI enchancements relates things planned so will get this added as well in that version.
