Hi Team, how do I go about turning my project into a Progressive Web App (PWA)?
Hi @Mattfat66,
You can just enable the option from the App Settings dropdown and provide the required details for PWA.
Thanks.

Seeking to understand a bit more about PWA. What is the fundamental difference between a web app under normal settings and one on PWA settings, for me as a builder on drapcode? Does it change anything in both environments? What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of PWA settings vs not opting for PWA settings? Otherwise, if there are no fundamental differences then why doesnt Drapcode use PWA settings as default settings for projects? Because for some of us who have no programming or coding background, knowing about PWA is by chnace. kkkkkkk. Hope I am making sense…
Thanks
Hi @WillieMak,
Enabling PWA settings in your web app brings a few features/files which helps recornize the mobile device that the app is PWA compatible. There are not huge differences but it just brings few files like logo, etc so that when someone installs the PWA app on their phone, it opens up like any regular mobile app.
For better understanding about PWA, i would suggest Google search or Youtube videos.
Thanks.
Thanks @vishsahu . I had read some on google but I was not sure how the setting might affect my app especially during the build process. thanks for the response. It’s very clear
