Hello @Nigel,
This error usually occurs when the AWS SES plugin is configured with invalid AWS credentials.

Please verify that the AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key configured in the plugin are correct, active, and belong to the same AWS account.

i was using drapcode native email sender as my provider ? @Ketan

The native email sender has been deprecated and is no longer available for new email delivery. To continue sending emails from your app, please configure an email provider such as AWS SES, SendGrid, or Resend using the respective plugin.

@Ketan Thank you . So i think this was the issue . Let me work on it, then seek help if i face other issues
