Seeing Collection loading error

Hie @vishsahu . I am seeing an error message when I open a collection. The collection completes loading but the error saying collection not found still appears. This is happening with all collections i have opened so far. below is a screenshot of the error.
Thanks

@WillieMak Publishing your project should fix this issue. If it doesn’t, let us know and we’ll help you out.

@vshukla it’s persisiting. been publishing all morning. Is it an issue I should worry about right now since the collections are loading anyway…

@WillieMak As I checked, you have users in preview environment. We have two environment ‘Preview’ and ‘Production’. You were publishing in ‘Preview’ environment only.
Please try publishing in ‘Production’ environment and let us know if still getting error.

@vshukla. Thanks. Its resolved. So publishing should only be done in one environment or what is the ideal way of doing it

Thanks

We provide 4 types of environments for your applications:

  • Preview (Free) – Use this as your testing or development environment. It’s ideal for experimenting, debugging, and building before going live.
  • Production (Free) – This is your live environment where real users access your application.
  • Additional Environments (Paid) – Two extra environments are available under paid plans, giving you more flexibility for staging, QA, or client-specific setups.

For more details, check our pricing page.

Publishing to Environments

To apply your changes, you must publish them into the chosen environment. Each environment can have the same or different configurations, while the behavior and workflows remain consistent.

Example:
You might want to set up two different S3 buckets—one for test users and another for live users. Each environment can be configured independently to match your needs.
