[Solved] Changing Default 404 Page

Dear Vishal

I changed the 404 page to look like the image below and to have a simple dropdown navigate users back to where they might want to go to. However, whenever I get a 404 message it’s still going to the old page or set-up. How do I adjust the setting to have this page show every time a page cannot be reached?
