[Solved] Component visibility settings appear to not be working

I am trying to have a single field on a submission form be invisible when a user is not logged in. I applied these settings to the container/column that the input fields are in and it is still visible.

to test it I cleared my cache to make sure I was logged out.

I actually fixed it by manually adding a logout button.
