[Solved] Create a Support Desk Ticketing System

I would like to create a ticketing system where a user fills in a subject for a ticket and creates the first details for the ticket that will start a chat feed where any admin users can send replies.

This is done on a second page where a message box and optional attachments box is found beneath the feed.
