[Solved] Is there a restriction on access to the project editor by IP?

Hi, I suddenly lost access to edit my project. The page (…my_project_name.builder.mydrapcode.com) became inaccessible… Are there any restrictions on your part, perhaps by IP-addresses? Or maybe some technical work on the server (23-00 European/Kiev time)? What’s interesting, the page Login | DrapCode - available and normally loaded.

Hi @alcompstudio,

There is no such restrictions from our end and it should be accessibke globally. Sometimes the firewall of the local network can interfere as some of the things gets load in an Iframe, but otherwise it should work perfectly fine.

You can try switching the network and see if that helps.
